Rio was just a tiny puppy, weak and alone, stranded in the middle of a rushing river. He was moments away from losing his life. When the team from Little Step Matter found Rio, he was clinging to survival. Wet, cold, and helpless, he had no way out of the river on his own. Thanks to their quick response, Rio was saved just in time.
